Breast reduction

This procedure aims to reduce the volume of overly large breasts in proportion to the figure of patient.
Apart from being unsightly, breast hypertrophy, due to the overweight that stems from it, impairs the elasticity of the tissues. Very often, it causes breasts to sag (breast ptosis). Furthermore, the overweight causes pain to the dorsal musculature and often lead to bad posture. It may also cause shoulder pain from bra straps and iritation beneath the breast crease.
Breast reduction surgery , also known as reduction mammoplasty, aims to reduce breast size, correct the ptosis, and thus treats at once both problems, aesthetic and functional.
